With nearly 20 years of experience, Tricia handcrafts her spots into compelling stories that move audiences. Her career spanning New York, LA and now Mad Hat Creative in Atlanta, Tricia’s credits include a Lay’s Super Bowl spot directed by Spike Lee and a music video for Michael Moore. She is a One Show and Addy award-winning editor with high-profile clients such as Nike, Coca Cola, Chik-fil-a, Nationwide, Lowe’s, Ralph Lauren, Nestle, and Major League Baseball. In her spare time, you can find Tricia at the spa, а yoga class or relaxing with her dog while planning her next trip abroad.
Phyllis is a screenwriter and independent filmmaker who has produced two seasons of a SAG-AFTRA New Media web series and several award-winning short films. Her varied experience has allowed her to participate in each phase of the production and post-production processes and has taught her to be a creative problem solver who thinks on her feet. Since starting at Mad Hat, Phyllis has played the part of script-writer, production coordinator, and assistant editor for many high-profile Mad Hat productions.

No one wears more hats at Mad Hat Creative than our business manager, Eileen, who joined the team in 2016. A CPA, entrepreneur, former corporate CFO/COO, and consultant for corporations and startups across a variety of industries, Eileen brings her vast experience and professionalism to manage Mad Hat’s business side. Eileen oversees finance, accounting, operations, administration and human resources while leveraging her expertise in business strategy, training and mentoring. A native New Yorker, Eileen has a Master’s degree in organizational change and leadership from Columbia University. Her production experience includes work as part of a laugh track audience. Make her laugh – you’ll understand!
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
With a background as an Emmy award winning commercial producer and more than twenty years in sales, Jennifer combines the two worlds by bringing new clients to Mad Hat Creative. A student of advertising and graduate of the University of Georgia, she early in her career produced local TV spots for ABC, CBS, and NBC affiliates. She later transitioned to sales, working for healthcare companies Bayer, Boston Scientific, and Johnson and Johnson. When the sales hat is removed, you’ll find Jennifer enjoying life at Lake Lanier with her family and multiple furry four-legged friends.
After working several years in New York City, Paula recently moved to Atlanta to further pursue a career within the production world. She is an experienced Office Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. Paula received a Television production degree from the University of Central Florida and yes, she did work at Walt Disney World. Besides work, Paula enjoys hanging out with her pug, watching trashy TV shows and exploring with her soon to be husband.
Andrew fell in love with film and cameras at age 12, when he realized he could capture the world around him in unique and creative ways. His love of photography progressed to a passion for graphic arts, website design, digital video and the founding of his own company. As Assistant Editor at Mad Hat Creative, Andrew works on shoots, preps projects, and handles IT. Andrew created numerous online virtual tours for universities and businesses including Georgia State, Santa Clara University, Sysco and Philips Arena. When he is not shooting or handling tech, you can find Andrew building and racing drones.
