With nearly 20 years of experience, Tricia handcrafts her spots into compelling stories that move audiences. Her career spanning New York, LA and now Mad Hat Creative in Atlanta, Tricia’s credits include a Lay’s Super Bowl spot directed by Spike Lee and a music video for Michael Moore. She is a One Show and Addy award-winning editor with high-profile clients such as Nike, Coca Cola, Chik-fil-a, Nationwide, Lowe’s, Ralph Lauren, Nestle, and Major League Baseball. In her spare time, you can find Tricia at the spa, а yoga class or relaxing with her dog while planning her next trip abroad.
Phyllis brings her varied experience of creating blog content for tech and marketing companies and working as an independent filmmaker to the Mad Hat team in her client services role. Phyllis has learned to do whatever it takes to get a job done and has never met a task too large or too small when serving Mad Hat or its clients. If she’s not at the office, this South Carolina native can either be found biking around Atlanta or eating… but most likely eating.

No one wears more hats at Mad Hat Creative than our business manager, Eileen, who joined the team in 2016. A CPA, entrepreneur, former corporate CFO/COO, and consultant for corporations and startups across a variety of industries, Eileen brings her vast experience and professionalism to manage Mad Hat’s business side. Eileen oversees finance, accounting, operations, administration and human resources while leveraging her expertise in business strategy, training and mentoring. A native New Yorker, Eileen has a Master’s degree in organizational change and leadership from Columbia University. Her production experience includes work as part of a laugh track audience. Make her laugh – you’ll understand!
Kristin’s positive attitude and extensive production skills help Mad Hat bring videos to life. Kristin works closely with clients, touching all aspects of the video process – from storyboard and scripting to production and post. Her credits include videos for Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Hexagon and Curant Health. She also helps manage MHC’s social media presence. An honor’s graduate of Georgia College & State University, Kristin hails from a small north Georgia town but has traveled the world as an art auctioneer. When she’s not at Mad Hat, you can find Kristin running, taking in live music or painting her next masterpiece.
Andrew fell in love with film and cameras at age 12, when he realized he could capture the world around him in unique and creative ways. His love of photography progressed to a passion for graphic arts, website design, digital video and the founding of his own company. As Assistant Editor at Mad Hat Creative, Andrew works on shoots, preps projects, and handles IT. Andrew created numerous online virtual tours for universities and businesses including Georgia State, Santa Clara University, Sysco and Philips Arena. When he is not shooting or handling tech, you can find Andrew building and racing drones.
Liz brings her upbeat attitude, imagination and passion for people to her client services role at Mad Hat Creative, assisting clients and teammates in delivering projects that tell stories and build brands. A graduate of The Art Institute, Liz joined the team in 2016 and brings almost a decade of professional client services experience at both a large insurance company and as a graphic and web designer. When she’s not at the office, you can find this native Georgian and ballet dancer either hiking, dancing, reading Harry Potter books, or searching for her dream car – a 1966 VW van.
